let me spill the beans for the simpletons: the reason why bustle dirs are pointless is because 8 + 4 + 7 + 4 + 3 = 26, and unkai haidate's hasso enhancement is counted as magic haste, not gear (nor job ability) haste, therefore in a sense you "break" the gear haste cap in a way of speaking, allowing you to wear 28.5% haste strictly from gear (with hasso up)
