The logistics were difficult, because for a long time I was in Southern California and Scragg was in Florida.

I wouldnt call the xbox one nonsense....
With two majors, an equivalent in electrical engineering, and a minor, do you think it helpful to have majors in completely different areas? Yours seem different, Japanese and computer science aren't the same much at all, although Computer Science and electrical engineering seem like they could be similar. And psychology? Way different than the other three.
I ask because I am about to finish my Bachelor of Arts in English and I am also going for a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture. They are completely unrelated to each other, and I'm wondering how I'll ever connect the two after graduating. Do you regret having such different areas of knowledge?

Being able to go between the two languages of the two most technology advanced countries in the world seems pretty related/helpful to me.

I suppose that is true. My husband also took some courses in Japanese for the technology side of it, he's an electrical engineer with minors in computer science and math. Those are all smart/techie, though. I'm sort of nervous that my two fields are completely unrelated, seeing as one is science and one is an art.

If you could learn a foreign language and go somewhere where English is not the common language like South America / Africa or something I think you could find a niche.
