Whats up with the Marksmanship Skill only on the feet? I find it hard to believe that of the two ranged skills they'd limit it to one specific...

I can assure you that they aren't playing favorites. Sylvan Hand+Body armor is yet to be released. I'll bet you a crispy $1.00 bill that Archery Skill +7 will be on one of them.
