POL Linking - Onscreen Keyboard Help!

I just got a new PC and am currently trying to set it up. My problem is when it asks me for my Playonline ID password. The issue is it forces me to use the onscreen keyboard but my password contains inputs from the SHIFT section, which I cannot input because it is greyed out.

I plan to contact customer service but they're not open on the weekend so I thought I would ask if anyone has any solution in the meantime. Thanks.

click on the top bar and use the keyboard?

I tried to input with my regular keyboard but it won't register anything, just because the onscreen keyboard part is greyed out.

It's weird because this is only when I am linking the account. The SHIFT keys are not greyed out when signing in.
