we talked about if it was HQ how there would be no problem..
and i could still get it with no trouble..
so i gave him all materials. and BAM HQ... he runs away and never trades me the Hades Sainti+1 ; ;

Or you could just GM him for it, since that's against the ToS and could get him banned...

Can I get a copy of the ToS for crafters? I'm not against this or anything, I just want to look further the reading of the ToS o w.e.its called...

IF someone crafts you an high quality item, usually you get a person thats close like a LS member or a close friend.

I don't /shout out to ppl, b/c your passing itmes to be made into something, doesn't mean he has to give it back.

I think it would go under a broader definition of this, and I have heard of players getting temp-bans over this before.

there are 2 phrases here that look shady... and can work agasint the victim....

Was is lent?? how can you proove that? the crafter could say he gave it to him. the the owner cud say that he gave it to him to make said item and then pass back..

word vs word..

2)The GM team will attempt confiscate and return items or gil back to the victim, but there is no guarantee that the item will be returned.

Doesn't necessairly means he wil get back.

The sad part of all of this is if you look at the guy's AH history, it's not like he needs to steal someone's ish to make gil either lmao.

Sorry dude that sucks, but I woulda called a Gm anyways, worse they can say is *** off (which most of the *** woulda probably said tbh).

GMs can read the logs. All they'd have to do is see the part where the crafter is promising to give the mats/money/item back and the owner saying, "hold these items temporarily."

This was in a thread before and I believe someone said that a GM can and will recover the item(s), and can suspend that player. It's all case by case though and it's going to depend on what was said.

Stigmatic for now on ask your linkshell members to craft items for you this should keep this from happening to you again

GM can give you the items back, I lost link but someone got screwed of a cursed harness -1 and got it back this way.
