I exp'd on turtles in Abyssea Tahrongi Canyon yesterday went really good. The reason I pick'd the was I heard it was really easy to proc amber light on them I didnt find that to be true im sure I was doing something wrong so if any know plz help me out b4 I make my next turtle party.
Were you doing elemental weaponskill killshots?
im not sure if anyone did but bst pet did kill one with its aoe ws and it proc'd amber. So ele. ws = amber on them?
Yes, things like the new crappy elemental WSs, Blade: Ei, Cyclone, and so on. Atleast I'm 90% sure that is how Amber works.
You specifically went to turtles to get amber light, but you didn't bother to look up how to actually get amber light?

well we went to exp but ez amber light would have been nice xD pretty awesome camp and exp goes up fast and cap @ 650 per kll
New elemental weaponskills like Infernal Scythe, Aeolian Edge, and Blade: Yu can be used to trigger Amber Light on killshots.
Old weaponskills like Freezebite can do the job too, but those weaponskills really suck.
