believe it or not I don't have BRDs and CORs waiting to listen to my every command and there isn't a point as to "oh let's see who can get the highest WS!" high WS doesn't mean high parses solid consistency. plus I'm not RNG to everything. RNG isn't useful for as much as it use to be...

ok so..i did looked at your ITEM SET for RNG...you saying that every single item that you have is better than my item set? like the belt for instance...you saying that bucaneer is better than scout's belt? S.kote is better than skadi bazuband? enkidu sublinger is better than hachiryu haidate? and creek M clomp is better than hachiryu sune-ate +1? you sure you have outparsed a relic before? oh and sea gorget is better than hope torque? wow you mustve been in the same RNG in the level of a MNK using warwolf belt...cuz believe it or not ive seen them...
I personally have outparsed relic RNGs. I don't know what the other guy's problem is cuz most of your gear makes perfect sense, but the one sore thumb is AGI+5 for Namas. The mods for Namas are STR+40% and AGI+40%, so why not use a STR ring which would improve fSTR2 and WSC?

tbh i did parsed the STR and AGI...its all about the total % and atm i have more AGI than STR so makes sense to equip AGI ring which counts on the total 40% agi...dunno if that makes sense to you

I don't know about that. Yoichi is a very high rank weapon which means fSTR2 isn't going to cap very easily, there is a lot more room for STR than there is for other lower rank weapons.
I'd wager that Amemet+1 is better than Terebellum (especially since the Enmity-1 from Terebellum is rather useless to a Yoichi RNG). Gnadbhodd's Helm may outperform an Anwig Salade even with the AGI+4 WSD+3%. I think now that there are STR+3 and once those start to become available (if Carnelian prices ever drop) then there will be no question that STR+6 on ears will outperform AGI+8 R.acc/atk+1 set. I believe STR+4 beats them already.

to answer your question i will consider going back to the drawing board you may be right you maybe not...ill parse abyssea pt with the same buff and same mob for 12hrs straight...6hrs on my set up right now and 6hrs on the STR+4 earrings...im open to new ideas...and im only trying this out cuz youre nice LOL :)

Mathematically it doesn't make sense to use AGI where you could have equivalent or greater STR in any situation. WSC can't cap so there is no difference between STR and AGI in that aspect of the formula. The only practical difference is that STR affects fSTR2 and PDIF, and AGI doesn't.
Wilhelm/Altdorf will only outperform STR earrings if you are capped fSTR2 and capped pDIF, which is easy to do on colibri. If that's where you were parsing, I'd reconsider your findings if I were you.

And if you're a Taru then you should be scraping the bottom of the barrel for any STR you can get, even with 5/5 merits.

Get a Keitonotachi til you finish Radennotachi. I love mine. You could 5-hit it easily since you have Usu body.
