Apparently these are rarely available? I am willing pay 20,000 Gil (2x amount of cost on AH). I'm really hoping someone will help me out. I've tried camping the AH for a couple months but it just seems one goes up and is purchased before I get a chance to grab it hah!

So yeah, send me a /tell in game if you have one and wanna make 20K or PM me here and we can set something up!
