It's a jump dash if anything.
All the abilities listed don't need any target to be done, unlike Elise's E (except Fizz I guess, but that's still a dash in itself so... it may a bit weird I guess, though they didn't specifically say "gap closers" so... oh well).

Spirit rush is technically 3 flashes for 1 ability its only fair to count that if they are going to count Riven's broken wings x3. That being said, we all know kassadin has the most reach! With mana allowing, many flashes to reach you.
Funny how they count Broken Wings but not Valor.
