Some people are willing to take the risk because the money is meaningless, and/or they are bored out of their mind and just want to play on a new account, and/or they are delusional as *** and don't understand that the OO can reclaim it at any time.

I have read a bit about hacked LoL accounts and people seem to say that if you are the OO, you can get your account back very easily.

My buddy gets so excited about skins, it's hilarious. It's infectious. I can't help but feel excited for his purchase. He bought the Lucian pack and that boy was downright giddy.
