If anyone is ever up for 1v1ing and teaching me some stuffs I'd be seriously grateful. I really don't know what I'm doing except on Yi or support Thresh and it'd be nice if I could branch out a bit. Really enjoying Jarvan IV, Pantheon, and Fiddlesticks, but I'm just terrible with them.

how does one terrible with sticks ._.?
I keep hitting the bouncy thing instead of the fear thing before I drain stuff. Then I get totally *** and behind because I'm like "*** YES I'LL JUNGLE WITH THIS ***!!!!!!" and end up not really doing that so well or there's a douchebag Yi that won't leash me or some ***. Then I ult in at all the wrong times.

This, smart cast on will speed up j4's Q->E combo by a significant amount, and quite honestly you really need to be quick with it in some situations.

Weird, Adobe Air would give me that but a quick update would usually fix it. Try a File Check in the worst case.

Look at your key-bindings. There's something called SmartCast. SmartCast removes the middle step of selecting a target. Instead of pressing Q and then clicking on the opposing enemy with your mouse, by pressing Q, the ability activates in the direction/on the target that your mouse is currently highlighting.
You have to re-assign the appropriate keys to the appropriate key binds for it to work. You can also apply smart cast to your summoner spells.

If you activate Smart Cast range indicators, you get the best of both worlds as it will show ranges when you click.

Pretty sure its E into Q no? I can't imagine a reason why I wouldn't want to knock them up

I've been trying to learn to be better at this. I attached the A-move button to one of my mouse side buttons so I could click it, then right click away to move then back to the side button

well, when you use regular move and attack to kite you run into the risk of missing when you click and walking towards the enemy like a retard and dying
And when you attack move you don't
Also, useful tip: Attack move into bushes that way you attack if someone is there, as soon as you enter the bush
