Yeah I once was in a game with jungle Annie but she had reverse skin so she was a bear and she was really good at jungle. I was beary pleased since she was just mauling enemy team like no other

I'm kinda curious what a jungle Annie build even looks like... hmmm...
This particular Annie had Spirit of the Spectral Wraith, Deathcap, Zhonya's, Abbyssal, Sorc. shoes, and Liandry's
Jungle annie is real nice. Her E and last hitting from Q makes clearing a breeze. And those easy ganks with stuns and high base damage from a full combo.

Jungle annie was originally debuted by sivhd, of course its amazing. And minefield i don't even know what happened in that video.

And minefield i don't even know what happened in that video. Lucian's ult, has ad and ap scaling but also fires more shots depending on attack speed, hence 5 nashors and a deathcap quote from some riot guy: " (AS * AS_COEFFICIENT) + STATIC_ADJUSTMENT = EFFECTIVE_AS Where AS is your actual Attack Speed (factoring in both buffs and debuffs, but only checked once as you start up the cast), AS_COEFFICIENT is 2.5/3.0/3.5 by rank of the ultimate, and STATIC_ADJUSTMENT is always 2.5. This yields what we're labelling an effective attack speed: the amount of bullets your ultimate will shoot per second. This can go up to crazy numbers (like 10.0) (something about the idea of a 10.0 AS makes me happy). So experimenting with AS has shown to be fun as well. " so I'm conflicted... I have a friend that I do games with... but he sucks ; ; we keep losing, what should I do :O

Spectate a game of his, come up with some ideas, and suggest them. Ask first, of course. Also, consider he might have a lower MMR than you, and might do just fine solo, but when coupled with your MMR, is outclassed.

I've thought of that, because I spent at least 15 games with him (lost almost every single one ; ;) my hidden elo has lowered significantly, but... I've tried to coach but IDT he open to it >.> lol Edit: he played nunu and I told him to steal their red since obviously he finished faster, but he didn't listen D: "steal their red" won't help. Those are nuances that are super complicated and he won't learn from. Watch his last hitting and suggest he improve on it, drill into him that wards are important and will save his life, make sure he watches his mini-map and makes a point of interpreting what the enemy is probably doing, and objective control. Champ and engagements are super important as well, but he'll find his own strategy that is probably extremely different from your own.
I see what you mean, I'll try to tell him that later :O
When you play with friends/normals, don't stress about victory.
Just have some fun. gj senkyuu
i second the last hitting part, some people think they are doing ok with cs when they just aren't. knowing how to cs properly alone can change the game completely for them.
I suck at last hitting. Everyone says it becomes like second nature after enough practice, but I feel like I have to focus too much on doing it and end up getting out of position and then poked hard.
The advice I was given by people who can actually last hit was:
Go in custom, set a 10min goal of obtaining 100 minions, purely from lane. Do not buy a single AD or AP item, I would advise buying potions and flask for turret purpose, though. The mentality is: if you cannot reach 100 minions in 10min without having anyone bother you, you won't be able to do it in a match either. Repeat this until you reach 100 or get close enough that you feel that you got better. Then, if you want to push it further, keep the 100 per 10min base and extend to 30min and so on. If you want to go beyond, you can increase the minion # target and start cleaning the jungle camps. Keep in mind that you'll have to emulate the lane you wish to play on. Say, you want to practice last hitting with Caitlyn, go to bottom lane. Minions not reaching the center at the same time as mid and the fact that you only have golems (if on blue side) are a big difference. I usually spend 1/2 hours of my 4 hours of play per day doing this kind of training, noticed some great changes when it comes to top/mid lane, having issues breaking to the next cap as ADC, though. CSing is an "easy" way to stay relevant in a game, on par with an enemy who got kills over you and controlling lanes, so it's obviously very important. YAY haven't had one like this in awhile X.X Cerberus.Senkyuutai said: » I mean I think I actually do okay with it, haven't gotten 100 in 10 mins, but I guess the fact that it doesn't emulate a real game doesn't help me because my main problem isn't last hitting alone, it's last hitting with pressure. It's rare for people to get 100 by 10 minutes in game. It depends on what champ you play (last hitting with an AP mid with no AD runes/masteries can be a pain), who you're laning against, and who their jungle is. Sometimes you have to suck it up and lose out on CS because of the harrass you'd take to get them.
Was playing as Akali earlier against a Nunu. He had over triple my CS at one point. i think he was talking about just the AI practice games XD
I know. I feel as though playing bot games is a bad way to learn anything in LoL. I suppose it can help you with mechanics under perfect circumstances, but you're never going to get that in game. You may as well just play against real people and go form there.
/shrug You don't need any bots to practice, you just need minion waves.
Bots would be annoying to practice against as they have a "rush" mentality. Just go alone in a game. As we say in French, "don't put up with the pressure, drink it". Sometime pressure allows people to perform better, custom game is really to have the very basics that you then will try to apply in a real game the best you can. That's all, it's not really DBZ training. Personally, the only times I did over 100 minions in 10min were in real games, but I had wave clearers (ZED, Graves, Caitlyn, AP Yi). In training I could never break 97 with Wukong, for example. |
