Can first pick him. If you happen to get "countered", just move him mid or jungle. Only person I have a problem with is Elise, and then it's usually just a farm lane. He's one of the strongest laners. Can build tanky and still do fair damage. Lots of CC. Ult is good for baron/dragon. Rarely banned. Not played too often. Gets really big after 6 stacks. That's why you practice with him.
Eh, teleport on a top laner can be good, but the rest of your team has to be non-derps which is asking too much.

How would lulu fair against say taric and draven. when i see enemies pick this i usually try to go leona for the counter/preemptive initiate. Have yet to buy lulu but she seems pretty strong. Sona and soraka seem meh now a days.
seems im 80% taric or leona. tried zyra but i usually get myself killed after going in lol. sometimes soraka if my adc is being a pussy and wants to be passive

I meant who you're laning with. Lulu is good at harassing so someone like Cait and Ez would work well since they have good poke. With Leona, someone bursty like Graves who can capitalize on your stuns.
Sona is still really good, but I pretty much pick something like Draven and Leona into it and kill her whenever she comes to lane

Well bottom lane the ADC doesn't really need to poke along with a support, so something like Graves Lulu can work as well ezreal most common, corki too. id love to team up with a draven lol.
