Keep trying. It usually congests after a patch update. I had 20000 position in queue when it finished patching but only took like 5~minutes to actually get in.

i did, tried 60, 80 , stable, and benchmark (what i usually have it on)
still getting screen tearing. though i just got home from school and im heading out the door to the gym , so I need to do some more testing before i offically post on OF about it :|

Welp, I did get some FPS drops the last games I played, it would go down to 47/52 randomly (I usually cap them at 60, so it goes from 60 to 61).
It usually happen after a patch though, I remember a few patch ago when a Karthus' ult brought me down to 42, but it was a known issue.

I had some weird fps issues my last game too. Lag too. I have really been playing like ***lately -.- like a month ago I was +50 wins in normals and now I'm trying to cling to +41 or +42.

Not a bad thing, that's a damn nice looking reskin and I don't even like Annie. I hope they repaint the artwork too.
They have so much rework/redesign to do, they'll never see the end of it.

I'll get together an update on where things have progressed to for you sometime this week most likely. As stated please do bear in mind this still has a way to go - odds are you'll see another champion's rework come out before Sejuani's, particularly since there's some interest on the art side in getting a few visual tweaks in too. link

Omfg. Sejuani rework? ... hell to the yah! Sejuani is actually one of my favourite champions <_< So cool. Plus new skins for Xin Zhao and J4! Lu Bu and Zhao Yun :D
