Manamune is horrible on Ez. It really is only useful on Urgot and Yorick sadly.
CDR boots are really only useful on AP Ez imo, even then Sorc are mostly better. AD Ez gets most of his damage from auto-attacks still, so berserkers are the way to go.

A big part is just using your mana efficiently.
Generally speaking, bottom lane is a farm fest. Just last hit and take pot shots to harrass. Save the bulk of your mana for when your jungler ganks.
