Debating buying Varus or Vayne.....or both! xD

I tend to really like the ranged AD champs.
I have Ashe, Sivir, and Miss Fortune. I also took Ryze even though he's AP ranged.

Just picked up vlad, pretty fun. Anyone have any advice on build/runes for 'em? I've watched some top players play him and read a few guides on him but I can't really get a handle on the way they play etc. This is what I've been using, more or less:

I would get Spirit Visage too. CDR and gives you even more sustain. Maybe not against a bruiser solo top
