It s fun and rewarding to pull off Quadras against Blitz, Cho, Fiora and Kog.
Or against Rammus and another Kat
It's just fun to fist pick kat and watch them pick all this CC up and still get dunked on :P.

i normally dont have problems with kat unless the CC isnt saved for her
True but if they save all the cc for you than that means that technically they have less control over team fights in general
I find it especially effective if I delay my entry into a fight long enough that they HAVE to CC someone else.

Get greedy and get in his zone is the only way I can think of, he can't turret dive unless he's extremely fed.

Morde wasn't even pushed, everytime I said I'd gank top I'd head there and he'd be dead at his turret, and Garen'd get away with Q+ghost up>.> But it's Garen, so he sucks.
