fml... now connections even worse.. soem pages not loading on either pc or laptop, pics not loading in forums.. ( <3 my lolpics ; ;) really gonna get mad with this.
and not to mention.. playonline website.. not loading at all!

time for another update, received the last callback for tonight.. i wanna drink in a semi good mood... CS agent stated the issue has been sent to the networking team to sort it out, call back in 24-48 hours (bs) and there is a possibility they might want to change the MTZ settings on the routers... i forsee a weekend of kicking up hell and someone in talktalk pushing up daisies later in the week....

I want to complain at the lack of TalkTalk'ing ive been able to do with your company.

Your Brighter broadband seems to mean that we can't access the very thing we signed a contract to.

you may need to take a seat, pull up a cup of coffee, turn of your ever busy telephone and take time to realise this is a long assed complaint!

Exactly same problem as ev1 else
with talktalk
no been able ti play since wed
now 21:54 gmt still no joy

Got through to stage 1 - fn laugh switch off modem etc etc - explained i had been on to SE and that a lot of talktalk customers had same problem- tbh i dont think he understood a word i was saying so he put me on hold for a wee while then escalated my problem to stage 2

I got stage 2 phone number called it listened ti elevator music for an age then disconnected lmao

Tried again was put through to stage 1 help again listened to wonderful composition for even longer b4 i disconnected again because the battery ran out on me phone hehe

gonna give them a few days i guess then i be looking for new ISP- anyone got an ISP that dont f you about and gives u steady connection 365 days a year? (does such a service exist)

Just wondering, do you guys actually read through the contracts that you sign?
I know a lot of ISP's have clauses in place to avoid prosecution for issues like this.
I'd like to see what it states in regards to issues like this in a talk talk contract lol.

No one reads the little writing.

I remember Gamestation (the store) put in their writing as a joke that you're selling your soul to them and not a single person noticed the entire time it was up. They ended up telling everyone and doing a new contract handing people back their souls and a free giftcard.

I was on the phone with a guy from 2nd line support last night and he was telling me there is nothing we can do, i offered the port number on SE site and everything, he said its no use and then he hit me with "have you tried checking your computer has no faults" i was so pissed off at that point with being on the phone all night i said, "well if you arent interested in fixing it im getting another provider".

He changed his tune there and i just ended the call, surely it didnt take me saying im going to leave to get ffxi back lol.

Amazed it has worked for 4 hours from 9 pm-1am (till i logged off), wonder if i'll get on tomorrow or not, hope you guys all get back on soon too.

I'm not too bothered for now.. I have to take a hit in Connection speed elsewhere but I'm able to keep a stable VPN connection for FFXI by doing it manually opposed to using a program that does it... Been on for at least 6-7 hours now and no d/cs, hell I've only R0'd once.

I bet the tech was like "what a ***" when you hung up with him, which is exactly the same thing I would do.
When it comes to "tech support" they assist you with issues regarding connection problems that are typically at fault of you or at fault of the equipment. When it gets to the point that it's at fault of the company that they work for there is not much else that they can do but BS you.
They obviously weren't given the green light to admit it was anything with them so they kind of have to ignore the fact that a good deal of their customers are having the same issue until they are authorized to even say ***.
My point, get mad at the ISP itself, not the tech support, you guys have like guys in india that do your tech support right?
why do you think they would be able to do anything else with that?
contacting tech support virtually does nothing when it's an issue on their end, contacting their main office until they resolve your issue and refusing to speak with tech support does push buttons a bit more effectively if enough people are doing it and tying up their phone system to an extent.

Starting to R0 like a *** again but somehow the connection remains ever so slightly. Expecting to be booted off completely in the next 20 mins or so just like the previous 3 days /fume

This really is taking the piss now. Fix it TT, you useless ***.

Am I the only one who's still able to play with Hotspot shield? :/ I still dc from ffxi but every time I do I disconnect hotspots shield and reconnect and can play fine again D:

Can't use hotspot as im playing on x360, so im screwed until they actually fix this damn thing. Based on the last 3 days, im assuming we will get no further for the full weekend. I'm getting really hacked off right about now.

Edit: There it is, completely booted off with zero chance of getting back on. Feel really sorry for the people i was killing clusters with at Mount Zhayolm.

Hotspot still works for me to, albeit laggy as hell but at least i can get on to sell crap for now, gonna annoy talktalk with more calls today, everyday until they get the point and see they have a real problem on there hands.. miht see what ofcom are saying too later :3
