currently im only aware of FF11. This issue where only FF11 was unplayable happened a few years ago.

just stick with talktalk imo. These give most for my money really free calls at all times. This happend in 2007 and it was fixed in a couple of days to a week or something. My guess is it will happen again.

to be honest ive had more trouble than its worth with TalkTalk this is just the straw that break the camels back.

ive had none stop disconnections in which eventually one guy in tier2 said "its our problem we keep not sending enough signal to your line".. so he kept doing it himself.

then they transferred him and we keep getting d/c'd . we ring up and are told "its your line" ...

they're generally inept

look aroung the internet though, pretty much all have bad reviews. apprently Sky and Virgin customer support is god aweful. BT when i had them was crap.

Tbh its just the whole business atm, its hard for them to do much since many people have problems since theres so much that can go wrong and cause problems in the lines, the hardware, software and wireing ect.

what i sound like is a rational being, im sorry you cant get on ffxi for a few days which is pretty much destroying your life. I cannot get on either, and yes its talktalks problem. All im saying is i wouldnt want to start thinking about changing ISP after 2 days because of this, as, its happened before and it was fixed and changing will more often than not give you a new contract with a business who are just as shoddy as talktalk.

Its CLEARLY talktalks fault and we just want them to get back to us and accept responsibility.

Its like this with all call centres, not just ISPs.

You pretty much have to keep ringing until you find a nice person who will sit down, listen & help you out.

Most don't wanna help, they just want to waste their time on the net and talking to colleagues, so they fob you off to someone else to carry on with their life in a less boring fashion.
