This! People who shout in Whitegate for it would save a bunch of time if they would just go look for it!
pretty much have to get lucky. I always seem to find it when im NOT looking for it.
It pops in some parts that unless you are going to that spot for a reason, most people don't go to that spot. That is why you have to just get on a chocobo and go look or walk around and look for it.
This thread comes up and someone starts shouting wanting to know where the Hoofprint is....
im too lazy to check all of them with a choc and some of them without choc
Last i saw it, it was in caedava mire between the hill xp camp everyone wants and the side cap right next to it off to the right.
