Any info will be helpful-
what is lowest level fishing i have to be to reel in trumpet shell's without (too much) hassle^^
Preferred set-up w/o Lu or Ebisu and bait. I am currntly at 42 and tired of riding the ferry. I need a change of scenery :)

I think I started on trumpet shells at around 48 or 50, but that was with waders, full fishing gear, and lu shang's rod. Bite rate was awful and they were very hard to reel in; I'd highly recommend capping on sandfish (50) before attempting trumpet shells.
