Broken Time Extension Mob?

Either the guides are wrong or something is glitched with a certain time extension mob (041) in Dynamis - Bastok, because I've seen it killed and have seen no extension from it twice...
To be more specific it seems to be the one where Be'Ebo Tortoisedriver is. Anyone else having this problem lately or is it simply the wrong mob?

First of all, I think I know what one you're talking about, and I'm pretty sure we've had parts where that particular mob didn't show the time extension, but it actually extended, and times it didn't extend.
Second of all, waht dyna LS are you in?

That has been glitched for a while... I've seen it not give the time extension numerous times.
