Sooo, its basically inferior to speed belt obviously with ancient torque and cuch mantle, but with a swift belt.... hmmmmmmmmmm.

So we got 6% haste, 2 vit, 2 dex 3 acc 2str 3 attk
vs 4/6% haste 8dex 4str 14 acc. Just throwing it out there.

O I forgot swift belt minus attk and +acc.
