A Bastokan Linkshell

Is there a linkshell on Sylph dedicated to Bastokans? Whether it's enjoying older events such as expeditionary forces or fighting to give us a chance to expand in Campaign into the northlands and fight in the Throne Room, Or even freelance hiring, I'm tired of spending hours of time and thousands upon thousands of gil in vain for the side I've chosen. I know I'm not the only one who wants to see Bastok have its fair success amongst Windurst and the bloated easy-path San d'Oria;

is there such a shell? If not, who would join it if I made one?

As a side-note, is anyone familiar with someone named "Allyssia"? Supposedly she was on Fairy and ran an LDS Linkshell, which I would also be interested in knowing more of.
