Something with your Router. 52031 is a security thing, 20100 is something with your connection. Try resetting your Wii, or resetting the connection point, if that doesn't work, then reset your router.
I leech from the neighbors. Anything dealing with the router is beyond my control, as I don't even know which of these houses it belongs to.

Yeah all I can think to do is go to Wii settings and have it search for a connection, select it and try it. Even though you may already have one, wouldn't hurt to try again.
Already did that when I restarted my Wii. The usual SSID isn't coming up on the list of selectable options.
Then try whatever has the best signal and see if that works?

No, it's just the Wii. If it was anything security wise, as I said earlier, I wouldn't be able to connect with my laptop. It's still unsecure and works the exact same way as it always has w/ my laptop.

The only thing I can think of is that they moved their router to another room, which would explain my wii not being able to pick it up (My laptop has longer range, so no surprise I'm still getting it here), because the connection is still gone.
