Wait a sec, if he's playing FFXI, and the problem is the router, how can he not connect to the internet with the Wii, unless he's got his Wii on a wired connection. Which wouldn't make no sense either, because his dots are the same colors yours are. Red/Orange/Yellow.
I checked the error code i was given and it said it had to do with the router, so he's gonna reset it.
