Honestly, I'd recommend to anyone who hasn't seen the series that they might like the new movies more... except that they aren't all out yet.

Meantime, oh boy, new character for fans to endlessly speculate that Shinji will end up with. Maybe this time he won't end up strangling this one on an apocalyptic beach! :D
