Requesting DNC AF

Do I need to do the limit break DNC quest in order to request the AF? I tried talking to Laila and all she does is ask for a testimony ; ;

No, you do not need to do the Limit Break to request AF
use this link and select the AF piece you want, u need materials to get AF, there's a guy in Bastok

Talk to Olgald in Upper Jeuno (G-7) to activate the quest. He will tell you of a tailor in Bastok Markets named Matthias (J-9).
Matthias will require the following items to make your order:

Are you trying to get them again after already doing it before?

I don't think you can even choose to fight Laila until you've done the AF first because they're all in the same quest line.
