I think the main point of trueflight is that it's not physical and does not rely on base damage or ranged accuracy or attack. But instead depends solely on AGI (easy to stack) and MAB (not so much). This would and should only be used on something that is extremely physical resistant or incredibly weak to light based damage. Such as elementals, or when something uses r.atk shield.
