First of all, we have Alchemist. It's a craft. Second of all, MIME isn't really a Cooperative job. It was designed to be one job inside all for single player action. Scholar is the closest thing you'll see to a Time Mage. FFXI has to work the same on all servers, so adjust time for individual players is difficult. Weather, however is not. Geomancer is retarded.
