Actually I think it more has to do with they just rather not do anything. Not treating people actually saves the military money unlike civilian docs where treating them to the max extent possible brings money in

I'm sorry ;_; I guess what really happened was that the DoD's contract with Bayer expired and Motrin was new. I never had a pleasant visit with docs. I had to get stitches once and they never numbed it. Broke my jaw and they gave me an IV bag fresh from the frig. After they seen me shiver, they treated me for shock and the *** decided to stick his finger in the gash under my chin to see if it was a compound.
