So I get this guy just now who calls in screaming that we charged his account and all this stuff. So i'm like, ok let me help you get to the bottom of it and we'll fix it. So i'm asking my basic questions to get a better understanding of whats going on, I ask what does it say for the transaction summary. He says some name of another company. I'm like sir.... You need to call them. I love people who cant read. Its too early for this.
