I work at a distribution center (Safeway/Vons) as a payroll clerk for 300 truck drivers.

I'm interviewing for a supervisor(dispatcher) position in the trucking department. I'm up against 8 other applicants, 4 internal; 4 external.

It makes twice as much as I make now... {I'm interested.}

People say don't do it for the money, but honestly I'm the type of person that wants/needs to know everything so I like the challenge and I like to learn new positions.
