Appears to make the command "Excavate multiple times" be an actual reality - so that you only have to mine the mineral vein once.
I applied to my rank 6 mules mineral vein and I only had to chose "multiple excavations" 1 time, instead of the 4 or 5 times I've had to do it since that feature has been added.
