One shouldn't put a lot of stock in the percentage of drop rates from wiki. Keep in mind that it is wiki, a website where other people post their own experiences. There are many people who don't post their successes or failures, the people who do are usually a majority of high success (1/1, 1/2, etc) or high failures (0/30...).
Only Helm Beetles in CN have a overall decent drop rate for jaws (with TH of about 50%); they will aggro any lvl 75 player tho, after the update you'll get between 55-65 exp each mob.
With GoV TH prowess, you can up the drop rate highly on these and other synth items. I was up to lvl 4 or so and was getting around a 80%+ drop rate on EP mobs.
