just a speculation: "a beloved dessert of artisans everywhere". Maybe some testing is needed on synthesis break rate? Or better, synergy since this food was introduced together with the new craft. Unluckily can't do it myself but I felt like suggesting =)
Contrary to Jadell's comment, these don't give any base stats. Since the description refers to Artisans, and Kitron Macarons have been shown to increase break rate with lower HQ success, I decided to see what these would do.
I was clearing out inventory space, so I decided to do a bunch of crafting today. Since these have very little (if any) info out there on what they are for, I decided to test them out. I had a bunch of sushi materials, so that's what I tested this on. I did 120 synths on Sole Sushi (T2 synth @ 100+6 Cooking). Out of the 120 synths, I didn't get a single HQ, but only had 3 breaks (2.5%). That's about half the normal break rate.
I'm thinking that this food will probably act like the rings and cancel out HQ probability in exchange for higher success rate. (My hope was to find increased HQ rate! XD)
Admittedly this is a small data set, but it's a start. Anyone else feel free to expand.
