All the curry buns seem to have the same stats as the regular curry of that color, but stackable. So this would give
Dexterity +2
Vitality +4
Intelligence +1
HP Recovered While Healing +2
MP Recovered While Healing +1
Defense +15%
Accuracy +5
Ranged Accuracy +5
Evasion +5
Something that's also interesting to note, its said that with the Gallant legs equiped the regular curry is somehow enhanced, but I've not been able to find out exactly how. Very likely the bun is enhanced as well.
