The only problem making this pizza is getting the Agaricus mushroom. It is an insanely rare drop from Coppercaps. No doubt, its rarity on the Auction House will not be because everyone likes Pepperoni.
The Stats listed are for the regular quality and I would venture to guess they are not complete. This is not an easy item to make due to the Agaricus Mushroom availability as well as the fact that unless you can make pepperoni its not an item often found on the ah. Being Italian I must make these wonderful treats and investigate their abilities. O.o
