Using this potion on yourself has the same effect as the spell Invisible.
You can recast this Invisible effect whether you are currently invisible or not - the act of recasting momentarily cancels your invis and puts another one up immediately.

The problem with this and the reason it is so rare is that the only recipe for it requires Warmoura scales which are really hard to get a hold of since they only drop off one mob, a Warmoura in Mount Zhayolm which is a level 82-83 mob.. have fun farming them.
The scales are also obtainable from wamoura mobs in Nyzul Isle investigations, they don't show up terribly often, but I've gotten a few scales that way.
