If you get this and are looking for tools.. don't buy from AH. On Sylph its about 4x the NPC price. Go to Port Bastok and buy the universal Buff tool, Shikanofuda, for ~18k a bag. NPC is Numa (E-7)inside Galvin's Gear. It can be used just for this spell, if you have the other buff tools on hand, so no worries about blowing through them on Utsusemi.
