SE never took this away as a drop... how do i know this? well for starters ive been farming this scroll for years now, i lvl my npc in beadeux and qulun dome while farming. yes it is very very rare drop but i continued to get this scroll 1-2 times a week for the last few year. the drop rate is so horrific that it just seems they removed it.

Flood is very much so a pain to drop. I spend many many days fighting Sapphire Quadav's till I got mine. Mikalzane is right...if u dont wanna drop it...pay for it.

Ihave noticed with large amounts of people in Grauberg(s) campaign, this is a drop there also.
Keep this in mind. It is hard to get lot on it with tons of people but its worth a shot.

I just got this as a reward from Gobbie Mystery Box Vendor. Used dial 5, hoping for good reward, but got flood using dial 2. I had a boatload of daily totals to spend, took a lot of tries.

@Uematsu I just got this on my first kill in Qulun Dome, it is still there. Only went in with TH5 so nothing special.
