Btw, stop rating people down for providing NPC sell prices. If you want to buy the scroll, be prepared to pay more than the 2,652g that an NPC would give for it or get the spell yourself.

Found on Taisaijin, actually. Can be difficult if you are not prepared to fight it even at 75. Paralyze procs nearly every round, and blaze spikes does 10-20 damage a hit.

Can expect the price of this to go up if SE confirms that Refresh will be usable by characters with RDM as a subjob. Everyone with MP in the game, and possibly some other jobs like NIN, will find /rdm even more useful with haste and refresh in the mix.

So if you're a caster, you'll probably want to buy it before the price get's too high on your server.

If you're getting this spell from BCNM, don't be so quick to short sell it. If you don't undercut you could make some nice gil.
