Just make sure you aren't only looking at the attack+%, it may be misleading to new players. It caps 30@111 base attack as Littledarc states, so for higher level players this isn't the best choice of food in regards to the attack. The evasion is nice, however.
These are a really nice skill-up item for cooking from about level 70. Even if you buy the Wild Onions you need from the AH they make a nice bit of profit too
