Definitely better than Akasha Chaps, also, accessibility to these may be much easier. Fully augmented in comparison, you'd be missing out on INT+3 but gain "Magic Atk. Bonus"+7, an extra Enmity-4 and the Elemental+8 would be replaced by M.Acc+10. After obtaining these, it's just a matter of farming Plasm though.
