They're better than Qaaxo A R15 for low acc required content, but not by a huge amount (Nom+1 have 1 more DA, same Atk, slightly more STR/DEX, Qaaxo have Acc+10/Eva+16). So comparing cost of these to 6x Airlixir+2 might be a consideration.
Yes, an extra point of DA is often worth a LOT to people - hi there Duplus Grup - but if money is a concern it's something to think about, particularly for a piece you're probably using on fodder or old content (though to be fair, at least Nom+1 can be resold, not the case with R/E mezzotinted Delve armors).
