This ring have decent WS stats but yeah, not amazing WS stats, +3% and 5 accuracy is just a decent boost, clearly not amazing...

But where this ring excel is the Regain that work in any situation (Don't need to engage target like Moonshade Earring).

That mean in some situations you can engage a fight directly with a WS cause you stored the TP during previous unused time and this can impact alot your performance, especially when you start on a 3000TP Aftermath with a R/E/M Weapon. (WHM Even could benefit of this ring using Dagan).
