I couldnt find the leather sub level online for this. So i leveled my leather on mule and it finally let me try make it when i was 38 and had just made guild test item magic belt.
It wouldnt let me make crown yet so i leved leather to 48 and 58 and i finally can make it lol.
So level leather before you try this lol as i gathered 70x mats before i did lol
