Just like the original Jailer of Temperance, it has different phases.

Rings out = vulnerable to Slashing damage.
Poles out = vulnerable to Piercing damage.
Nothing out = vulnerable to Blunt damage.

Summoner can cover these but other jobs might find themselves stuck waiting for a phase to change. Be prepared.
