From what I can tell, 1% QA will beat 3% DA (compared to Cessance) if you have a decent enough chunk of TA/QA, which most jobs will have these days. However, Cessence still has Acc instead of Atk and the difference is so marginal, you'd have to have just about nothing left to buy in the game before investing in one, imo.
That being said, Cessance is better if acc is uncapped, this is likely better otherwise. I suppose there is an argument to be made that if you needed acc you'd be using Mache+1 and then in any other situation this is best. Still, such a marginal gain for such a steep cost/material cost.
It's an odd piece. Good, powerful, but the other options are also good and powerful and the price to buy in is HIGH for something that wont even always be best at what it's doing.
Good earring for certain builds. Couple of examples being I would rather have more TA and QA in my ZanHasso build, additionally I would also rather have the QA in my Liberator set so I dont drag down the Aftermath. A min/maxing piece for sure but what else is there left to do in the game at this point?
This item is a perfect example of human stupidity - Just because it's rare people think it's valuable. In essence it's slightly better than cessance earring if you dont need the accuracy. You could have spent a little more on food, brought a TP wing or a couple of panacea to the fight to get better results for a few k gil lol
