[Character's: Blondelle / Yogorock & September 2020]: Dropped off of one of the VW NM's while doing the VW Quest line for the 3 cities up to some of the Jeuno's side which just so happen to appear in the chest loot. Unfortunately, I will have to go back into watching my past two days Twitch Stream Vods to figure out exactly which VW NM it was rewarded into the chest with further details to update this here of possible obtaining area's for the Goblin Mess Tin. I Will update and rewrite this to include it once figured out which NM it was of the VW's.
